If you are enthusiastic about ensuring property safety through adept testing and servicing of fire protection equipment, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Inspect Fire Alarm systems in the multi-family housing industry to ensure compliance and functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot Fire Alarm systems effectively.
Service and maintain Fire Alarm systems, providing timely solutions.
Perform replacements of Fire Alarm panels and components as needed.
Inspect and Test Fire Sprinkler Systems (with RME-I license).
Inspect and Test Backflow systems (with BPAT license).
Inspect Fire Extinguishers {with FEL license).
Requirements: Fire Alarm License (FAL, APS, RAS) is mandatory.
3+ years of hands-on experience servicing and testing fire alarm systems.
Additional Licenses (desired, but not required to apply): Sprinkler Inspector License (RME-I).
Fire Extinguisher License (FEL).
Backflow Testing License (BPAT).
3+ years of experience servicing and testing fire protection systems.
