We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and bring enthusiasm to support a growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, managing databases, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a professional attitude, skilled verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities: * ● Answer and direct phone calls.
● Organize and schedule meetings and appointments across various team members ● Calendar management and support for executive team ● Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
● Assist with travel coordination ● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
● Develop and maintain a filing system.
● Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
● Assistance as needed in the following additional areas: Research, event coordination, task management, bill payment *Experience: * ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, OneDrive ● 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13.
