Assist with the processing of different reports for the production process such as, material consumption, downtimes, and purchasing of materials or services.
Support the monthly inventories and the management of the by-products (broken corn).

To understand their role in the Food Safety Management System by awareness of the importance and relevancy of their activities and to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
These duties directly and substantially serve to achieve the purpose of the position.
Process information of every shift report (corn transfers, additives, reprocess, downtime, packing, milling, and all related forms used in these areas)
Maintain inventory for packaging bags and additives.
Verify all the material movements from the production process on the system (SAP)
Support the inventory and sale of by-products (broken corn)
Routinely will have to perform activities outside the office.
Participate in all jobs and special tasks assigned by supervisor, training courses and any other support labor for the plant.
Cover other production clerks’ duties when needed.
Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement of all employees.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED, any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Able to read and write English and/or Spanish,
Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred.
Able to use a Personal Computer
