```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistics
- Maintain office supplies and ensure necessary items are stocked
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
