*Office Assistant*
Has Morgan Industries is a fast-growing, La Joya, TX-based company that provides a full range of in-office and home office support services to Fortune 1000 companies.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide support in our La Joya, TX office.
*Duties include:*
* Receiving and processing incoming calls, emails, and faxes
* Scanning documents into our electronic system, entering data into the system, and processing orders
* Ordering office supplies and ordering office equipment as needed
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
* Providing general support to visitors to the office (i.
e.
, answering questions about Has Morgan Industries, answering visitor questions about our products or services, and providing other assistance as needed
* Maintaining the appearance and organization of the office
* Other duties as assigned by management
*Experience: *
* Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as a team member.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
* Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.
