_Job Summary:_
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for performing office tasks that support the accounting, shredding and storage departments.
This position requires punctuality, professionalism and the ability and desire to learn.
_Duties and Responsibilities_

* Responsible for directing operator calls
* Assists walk-in customers to include cash and credit card handling and processing
* Receives, sorts and files documents and mail
* Responsible for posting of customer checks into QuickBooks
* Assist in the collections responsibilities
* Maintains the proper filing systems
Skills and Specifications
* Must have QuickBooks and/or bookkeeping experience
* Must have basic computer proficiency to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Must have exceptional organizational and communication skills
* Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
* Must have a keen eye for detail
* Must be self motivated and able to work independently
* Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor

Education and Qualifications
* Completion of High School diploma and/ or GED
* 2+ year of administrative experience
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
