Accounts Recievable

At least 3 years i the field of accounting.
Responsible for maintaining professional customer contact/relationships, including communcation of correct billing address, obtaining required documents, resolving issues and other related matters.
Interact and maintain professional relationship with multiple clients to resolve issues as needed.
Must have experience with account receivables Familiar with handling open/opening accounts and monthly reconcillation of open account statemenes.
Maintain files Able to speak both English and Spanish fluently Knowledgable in word, excel, Eclipse is a huge plus Must be availabe Monday-Saturday - (must be able to work a flexible schedule) Various adminstrative duties as assigned.
