The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for best in class Controllership and FP&A to help manage the controllership, financial planning and analysis activities including our operating plan, quarterly forecast development, ongoing outlook performance and business leadership reporting.
This role will provide decision support to the Manufacturing Controller and Operations team for developing strategies to drive profitability, process efficiency, and overall business improvement.
You'll get to: Support weekly, monthly, quarterly reports including annual budget, month end close process, quarterly forecasts, & weekly latest estimate rhythm Strong focus on understanding and communicating key variances, identifying and implementing tools and models to streamline processes, increase visibility and drive effective decision making Identify and develop tools to automate reporting, provide visibility into key metrics, and drive business performance Ownership of Fixed Assets process Balance Sheet reconciliation Reviews Actual vs Forecast and OP Variances (Expenses) Help with the Summarization Report Weekly Walk the Dock The Person You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.

Able to build cross-functional relationships and interact with all levels in the organization Work requires professional written and verbal communication.
