*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* * Set up new Customers & Vendor accounts * Monitor Accounts Receivable & Collections * Proficient in all areas of Quickbooks (A/R, A/P, billing, estimation, reconciling accounts.
* work with Project Managers on job progress, month pay applications, subcontractors invoicing, lien notices *QUALIFICATIONS* * Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance preffered or can be subsituted with 3 years plus experience.
* At least 2 years of hands on experience in accounting or related field * Strong mathematical & Analytical Skills * Excellent oral & written communication skills * Multitasking several projects simultaneously * Ability to read and analyze financial reports Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
