_*Now Hiring*_ _GNH_ _Company_ _LLC_ seeking a hardworking and efficient book keeper with at least 1-2 years of experience using all aspects of accounting software system, bank reconciliation, employer’s taxes, quarterly reports, balances sheet, accounts, receivables/payables, budgets/forecast, and management.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and preferably Bachelor’s degree.
Our fast paced environment requires a _self-starter_ who can operate with a _minimum level of supervision_ , has excellent verbal and written communication and is highly organized, detail oriented, professional with strong multi-tasking skills.
Experience in the *construction and engineering work environment* .
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* * Perform monthly bank reconciliations * Manage accounts Payable/ Receivables * Invoicing and filling of vendor invoices and deposit records * Manage payments with suppliers * Maintain credit accounts * Preparation of sales tax on a monthly basis * Preparation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial report * Labor cost tracking * Will complete other advertisement duties as needed.
* Assist with answering phones and provides support to operation if needed.
