Responsibilities: - Process payroll for employees accurately and on time - Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity - Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and other withholdings - Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits - Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters - Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data - Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Assist with benefits administration as needed Experience: - Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations - Proficient in using payroll software (e.
