I have a patent I am working on in the automotive industry.
I already have an investor willing to put in 1m.
Thing is I am an English major, so I have no idea where to start.
I showed the investment company my proposal as best as I could and they want to go forward, but they asked for a concise business plan for my product.
I am willing to part with 10% of whatever licensing fees and or royalties for your help in securing the investment.
