HVAC Tech/Installer/Apprentice (Mission)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
You should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities: -Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
-Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and make necessary repairs.
-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters.
-Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
-Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and provide solutions.
-Comply with safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
-Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
-Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
-Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training as needed.
