```Duties```
- Log in vaccine data to the state registry
- Collect and update patient information, including personal details and medical history
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- File Scanned material electronically into the patient's chart
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
