Looking for Experienced Dispatcher for Semi trucks (Edinburg)

I am looking for an experienced dispatcher for Semi trucks.
Need at least 5 Yrs experience in Dispatching Semi trucks 53 dry vans and reefers.
Need great communication skills, to be able to work as part of a team.
Need Flexible person that understands that Dispatch can be all day work sometimes.
To be able to assist drivers when they need help and also assist brokers with timely updates on loads.
Need High Energy person, serious and professional in what they do.
Pay is per agreement when we talk and I conduct the job interview.
