DLP Staffing is currently accepting applications for the position of: POSITION TITLE: Front Desk Clerk Location: McAllen, TX FLSA: Non-Exempt Hire Pay: $10.
00 hourly Classification: Full-Time JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides secretarial support to office personnel and greets customers with a positive attitude.
JOB SUMMARY: Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Keep information confidential.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication skills.
Bilingual is a must.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Good organization skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work overtime as assigned.
Must be able to comply with all safety requirements.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED: Receives supervision from the Manager.
The position has no formal assigned supervisory responsibility or authority.
Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor environment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY: This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing.
DLP STAFFING has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: High school diploma.
1+ years of front desk experience preferred.
Must pass a background check.
Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C.
