*RECEPTIONIST POSITION*
*DUTIES:*
Greet customers
Answer and route calls
Assist customers on phone
Assist customers in person
Manage calendar for conference rooms
Assist with light clerical duties
Assist Escrow Dept
Reponsible for outgoing mail
Maintain lobby area/open & close blinds
Responsible for coffee bar (keep supplied with coffee & snacks)
Make sure all closing/conference rooms are tidied up after each closing
Keep closing rooms supplied (\*2 PENS in glass cups, along with reading glasses at all times; chocolates/hard candies, refill at least once a week - Fridays are ideal, to be ready for the following week)
*REQUIREMENTS:*
Phone etiquette (answer the call within 3 rings, immediately introduce yourself, speak clearly, actively listen and take notes, use proper language, remain cheerful, ask before putting someone on hold or transferring a call)
Ability to multi-task
Good writing and spelling skills
Computer and typing skills
Professional attire (an absolute must)
Experience required
Have an outgoing personality
Work well with co-workers
Candidate must possess the attributes of making a positive impression in person and on the phone to all customers.
The job is in a professional environment.
