We are looking for a customer service associate.
A customer service associate will provide product/services information and resolve any issues that our customer accounts might face with efficiency.
The best associates are genuinely excited to help customers.
Customer service associates can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage incoming calls
* Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build relationships with clients' through interactive communication
* Provide accurate information to using methods learned in training
* Handle customer complaints - provide solutions/alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions - process customer accounts and file documents
* Follow policies and guidelines
* Monthly and Quarterly Reports
*Skills*
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
* Customer support experience
* Excellent phone communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.
00 per hour
