Job Description
The Clerical / Insurance Customer Service position will involve answering multiple phone lines, receive and process insurance documentation for existing customers, draft letters & reports, provide customer service to insurance agency customers, take payments and issue receipts and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or supervising associates.
Call, text and email customers with policy information and updates.

Responsibilities
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
File all data and documents in electronic agency management system.
Take premium payments from customers.
Direct all calls to appropriate department.
Thoroughly understand and follow up on all clerical duties.
Requirements
PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN INSURANCE AGENCY IS A PLUS.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Professional phone etiquette.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Power Point.
Ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Desire to grow with the business.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
